We are proud to be one of the first sites in the UK to install a WID (IED) compliant biomass boiler.
The benefits of this boiler are that it has increased filtration of the exhaust gasses and 24 hr emissions monitoring. It runs purely from waste wood that would have no other use, including MDF and painted wood, minimising landfill.
Traditional biomass burners use grade A or virgin wood, but this is better used for new products
